The Inner Vision experience

While floatation therapy may trace its origins to the centuries old health and relaxation therapies found by floating in the Dead Sea, Inner Vision is a modern day luxury spa experience. 

Inner Vision is the first European style floatation center in the Hilton Head / Savannah area and the only one in South Carolina.  It is our goal to become an oasis of peace and tranquility for area residents and workers.  Our center is designed to help our guests get the most out of their floating experience.

Modeled after the best European floatation centers, Inner Vision offers its guests  private suites, a luxurious shower and changing area, and an oversized floatation pool that you can even stand up in.  Towels, slippers, robes and toiletries are provided so that you have everything that you need for your visit.

The private floatation room is a small, private pool that is 4 feet wide by 8 feet long by 8 feet high allowing deep and comfortable relaxation for even the largest athletes.  The pool is filled with 10 inches of warm water and 1,000 pounds of Epsom Salt.  The best in today’s technology provides unparalleled control of the lighting, heat, and sound.  High quality underwater audio is provided for your relaxation, enjoyment and/or self help or learning audio programs.  Simple to use buttons inside of the float room allow control of the lights and the sound.

The Inner Vision Experience involves lying on your back in this dense Epsom Salt solution, where you effortlessly and spontaneously float, like a cork on top of the water.  The solution is warmed to skin temperature and the room is insulated against light and sound providing a restful and stress relieving environment.  Experiencing weightlessness in the absence of light and sound is such a freeing sensation, that as the senses are rested, old injuries and chronic pain are relieved and stress melts away.
